FreshColombia International S.A.S. (hereinafter referred to as “FreshColombia”), in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and related data protection regulations, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected from its employees, clients, suppliers, visitors, and job applicants, ensuring their protection, confidentiality, and proper use.
